Supplying into major projects workshop
Looking to position your business for upcoming work on major projects like The Wave?
The Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDIP) and the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) are hosting this forum to support businesses to access supply chain opportunities, including The Wave.
Major projects deliver significant opportunities for local businesses across Queensland. The Wave program is a transformative transport initiative, designed to deliver fast, reliable, and sustainable infrastructure for the Sunshine Coast, with a strong focus on engaging capable regional suppliers. Construction is expected to begin in 2027, subject to funding and environmental approvals.
This session will show you how to identify and build the capability needed to compete for supply chain opportunities on The Wave and other major projects in your region. You’ll gain practical insights into the major projects market, contractor expectations and sustainable business practices, take away a detailed toolkit and action plan, and finish the session by building connections at the networking lunch.
