This service is only for issues that involve:
- dismissal
- general protections
- bullying at work
- sexual harassment at work.
To be eligible for this service, you must be a small business employer, that:
- has less than 15 employees
- does not have in-house legal, workplace or human resources staff
- does not have a lawyer or paid agent
- is not a member of an employer association
- has an enquiry or issue about dismissal, general protections, bullying or sexual harassment at work.
There are offices in the capital city of each state and territory, plus a regional office in New South Wales.
