The concierge provides personalised guidance on a range of government support, including:
- help to access government incentives and initiatives
- outreach to industry and councils to understand current barriers to uptake and provide information on licensing/application pathways
- linking with government partners and local councils to support smooth and coordinated approvals
- working with the 24-hour Commissioner to deliver more impactful outcomes for businesses
- sharing information about special entertainment precincts and their potential to boost trade, support live performance and increase footfall in the area.
