Mentoring for industry participants in the Solar Homes Program

Overview

Eligible applicants will get two 45-minute confidential one-on-one mentoring sessions with a mentor of their choice. Business mentors can provide advice across a diverse range of topics, including:

• marketing strategies, techniques and planning
• business divestment, financial analysis and managing cashflow
• capacity building and business resilience
• developing business plans and budgets
• business mindset, attitude and mental health
• human resource management, recruitment, and managing change
• conflict resolution
• risk identification and management
• sales and business confidence
• business compliance
• product development
• entrepreneurship and innovation
• leadership and emotional intelligence.

To be eligible, you must be registered on the Solar Victoria portal and one of the following:

• a solar or hot water retailer or installer participating in the Solar Homes Program
• the owner, or authorised representative of the business participating in the Solar Homes Program.
