The Sheep CRC supports researchers and businesses to collaborate to solve problems and deliver real-world industry outcomes.
Over 19 years and three iterations, the Sheep CRC has fostered collaborations between researchers and industry to transform Australia’s sheep industry to consistently deliver the high quality wool and meat products and animal welfare standards that consumers expect. The CRC closed in 2019, but its legacy continues through new technologies, ongoing industry-research collaborations and nationwide education and training programs headquartered at the University of New England.
