Overview
Funding is available to support the upfront cost of purchasing and installing or upgrading existing electric vehicle fast charging infrastructure in Tasmania for public use.
This funding round aims to:
- address gaps in the existing EV fast charging network
- install new charging stations in cities and arterial routes
- increase the capacity of existing stations (upgrades).
Check if you can apply
To be eligible, you must be located in Tasmania and be one of the following entity types:
- local government agencies and bodies
- not-for-profit incorporated organisations
- not-for-profit organisations or community groups that are not incorporated, if sponsored by an incorporated organisation
- for-profit incorporated organisations
- businesses with an active Australian business number (ABN) before 1 January 2025.
