Funding of between $10,000 and $1 million.
Who is this for?
Companies, partnerships, sole traders, co-operatives, statutory authorities, local governments, incorporated associations, registered charities, companies limited by guarantee.
Overview
Funding is available for infrastructure projects or planning that strengthen and build regional communities.
There are 2 funding streams:
Stream 1 – Infrastructure
- grants for infrastructure
- investment ready projects that will commence within 6 months and be completed within 2 years
- funding ranges from $50,000 to $1 million.
Stream 2 – Infrastructure planning
- planning to provide for project readiness, including activities such as needs assessments, feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, risk and cost-benefit analyses, business case development (including concept/detailed design) and implementation planning
- funding ranges from $10,000 to $75,000.

To be eligible, you must:
- be a legal entity
- be the key driver of the project
- have an Australian business number (ABN)
- be registered for goods and services tax (GST).
