Organisations and primary producers affected by flooding associated with ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie.
Overview
Funding is available for projects that are focused on recovering environmental, heritage and cultural assets that were impacted by the floods associated with ex-tropical cyclone Ellie.
2 streams of funding are available:
- Small project grants – funding of between $10,000 and $100,000, maximum $50,000 for clean-up and restoration of heritage buildings.
- Large project grants – funding of between $100,000 and $500,000.
Check if you can apply
Projects will be eligible if they:
- are located in the Shires of Broome, Derby-West Kimberley, Halls Creek or Wyndham-East Kimberley
- have the primary purpose of addressing direct flood impacts from the disaster event
- will be completed on or before 30 December 2025
- are not eligible to receive reimbursement under an insurance policy
- do not address flood impacts or contribute to the goals of the agency
- are not undertaking a procedure which the government would ordinarily carry out as part of normal business.
