The project involves the construction and operation of a pilot Purified Spherical Graphite (PSG) manufacturing facility to validate Renascor's process flowsheet and scale up from its existing laboratory testwork. The pilot plant will be designed to produce battery grade (99.95% Total Carbon) PSG material for supply to Renascor’s international partners to undertake qualification testing. This will assist Renascor to convert its non-binding offtake agreements into binding agreements and further support the final investment decision on its fully integrated Siviour graphite mine, concentrator and PSG manufacturing facility. |

The project will produce nickel and cobalt sulfate for sale to Queensland Pacific Metals (QPM)'s international customers. As part of existing sales agreements, QPM must pass commercial validation tests to ensure its products are suitable for electric vehicle supply chains and to meet strict sustainability requirements. This project will ensure QPM meets the commercial validation and sustainability requirements, enabling QPM to become a long-term supplier of critical metals for domestic and international customers. |

Rare Earth Options Assessment & Pilot Program |
The project support's Australian Strategic Materials (ASM)'s development of a rare earth and critical minerals mine and processing plant in Dubbo, NSW. ASM is looking to optimise its flowsheet design and identify capital efficient and shorter implementation pathways to rare earth production. To support this, ASM is undertaking a Rare Earth (RE) Options Assessment and Pilot Program of engineering, sampling and metallurgical testwork. ASM will be working with international partners, DRA Global and Stantec, as well as local service providers Mining One and Core Metallurgy. The RE Options Assessment and Pilot Program will support ASM progressing funding and making final investment decision on the Dubbo Project. |

Australia-Japan: Integrated Vanadium Battery Supply Chain |
Vecco, Idemitsu and Sumitomo, are collaborating to develop a local Vanadium Flow Battery (VFB) manufacturing supply chain. This project includes a bankable feasibility study for the Julia Creek Vanadium Mine, the commissioning and operation of a high-purity vanadium pilot plant, and detailed design of a 300MWh, $82.7m electrolyte manufacturing plant in Townsville. This is projected to create 309 direct jobs by 2027 across the 27 year project. Idemitsu will play a crucial role in marketing, selling, and delivering VFBs, combining Sumitomo's advanced battery technology with Vecco's locally produced electrolyte. This strategic partnership will establish domestic vanadium supply and support Australia's transition to a renewable energy system. |

The Project will deliver feasibility studies for the Speewah Fluorite Project, that will produce acid grade Fluorspar to supply Japan and Asia in Strategic Alliance with Tivan’s International Partner, Sumitomo Corporation. The Project will support a Final Investment Decision for the Speewah Fluorite Project, planned as the only fluorite operation in Australia, building new sovereign capability in critical minerals processing, promoting diversity and resilience in supply chains in Asia, and creating regional and indigenous economic and social benefits. Acid-grade fluorite is the fluorine source used for semi-conductor manufacturing and lithium-ion EV batteries, critical industries that further the digital economy and the energy transition. |

PFS and Demonstration Plant for Extraction of Ionic Clay Hosted REE’s |
Australian Rare Earths (AR3) will design and construct a demonstration plant for extraction of ionic clay hosted rare earth elements (“REE”) from AR3’s Koppamurra Project, to prove that the processing methodology can produce marketable quantities of mixed rare earth carbonates (MREC). Successful commissioning of the demonstration plant will be an Australian first and will contribute to building end-to-end REE supply chain with Australia’s international partners in the critical minerals sector. AR3 has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Neo Performance Materials Inc (“Neo”). Neo has REE separation capacity and magnetic manufacturing capabilities allowing AR3 to develop a supply chain for an alternate source of REE outside of China. |
