Funding for NSW hospitality venues

Overview

Eligible project costs include:

• purchase and installation of equipment to facilitate staging of live performance (speakers, PA systems, microphones, mixing desk, lighting etc)
• acoustic appraisal of the venue by an acoustic consultant
• payments for live performance artists
• hiring sound/staging equipment
• hiring contractors to provide security services for performances starting after 5pm
• marketing costs for performances starting after 5pm.

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, applicant venues must:

• be an Australian-incorporated organisation with an active Australian business number (ABN)
• be an existing restaurant, bar, café, brewery or distillery, registered club and/or hotel
• provide a commercial on-premise food and/or beverage offering
• be located within NSW
• have been operating for at least 12 months at the time of submitting an application
• possess a valid, current NSW liquor licence
• have relevant approvals to operate at least once per week after 5pm.
