Funding between $500,000 and $10 million.

Who is this for?

 Mining and manufacturing facilities reporting under the NSW National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) scheme.

Overview

Funding is available to support abatement projects that reduce emissions and are undertaken at mining and manufacturing facilities that reported emissions under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Scheme.

Example projects include, but are not limited to:

  • fuel switching
  • kiln and boiler upgrades
  • waste heat recovery
  • heat pump installation
  • facility retrofits, including insulation, pipework rebuilds and process changes.

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • hold an Australian business number (ABN)
  • be classified under the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC) codes of manufacturing or mining (but not 070 Oil and Gas Extraction)
  • be an Australian entity
  • hold all relevant insurances.
