The StartSpace Business Fundamentals Program is an 8-week, in-person program designed for early-stage startup and SME founders who want to strengthen the core foundations of their business.

This program focuses on the commercial realities of running a business – from business models and pricing, to sales, legal risk, cash flow, governance and operations.

It is a practical, structured capability-building program for founders who want to make better business decisions and build sustainable ventures. Participants will have the opportunity to build capability across:

• rapid prototyping and testing assumptions
