Young and emerging Tasmanian artists.
Overview
Activities which may be funded include:
- residency costs
- masterclass fees
- mentoring fees
- travel and accommodation costs (including per diems)
- disability access costs (including travel costs for carers)
- materials (including art form materials)
- costs associated with child or dependent care.
Check if you can apply
To be eligible, applicants must be an individual artist or arts worker who is either aged 25 years or younger, or is in the first 5 years of their professional practice.
Applicants to Arts Tasmania grant and funding programs generally must also be:
- individual artists and arts workers who have lived in Tasmania for 6 of the last 12 months
- groups of artists or arts workers with at least one Tasmanian member
- Tasmanian organisations that are registered under law (an incorporated association, or a company limited by guarantee) or created by law (a government statutory authority).
