MMI Manufacturing Translation Stream Recycling and Clean Energy round 2
The Manufacturing Translation Stream – Recycling and Clean Energy provides businesses with funding to support projects that translate high quality research into commercial outcomes and support businesses to adopt new technologies and improve their manufacturing processes.
What you get?
Grants of between $1 million to $20 million, up to 50% of the eligible project expenditure.

The Modern Manufacturing Initiative – Recycling and Clean Energy will develop world-leading advanced manufacturers that seize opportunities from sustainability, the clean energy transition, and waste reduction demands by leveraging Australia’s advantages in innovation, technology, renewable and mineral resources, and our onshore industrial base.

Manufacturing Translation Stream
The Manufacturing Translation Stream will support:
- projects that aid the translation of high quality research and ideas into commercial outcomes
- businesses to scale-up to become more competitive and resilient
- businesses to adopt new technologies and improve their manufacturing processes to boost productivity and competitiveness.
