- providing practical steps to recover from a cyber incident
- providing case management support following an incident
- referring additional support services where required.

The Digital Solutions program helps support small businesses to harness opportunities and grow in the digital economy. Through the program, small businesses can access up to four hours of one-on-one digital advice from a qualified and experienced business advisor for a small fee.
Small business owners can also access free workshops, webinar presentations and self-directed tutorials. Services cover a range of topics including:

Digital Solutions - Australian Small Business Advisory Services
Cyber Wardens
The Cyber Wardens program provides small business owners and employees with free, easy to use online training to identify cyber safety practices they can implement to prevent and protect against cyber threats.
The program aims to drive greater awareness of cyber security among small businesses and build their cyber capabilities by training in-house ‘cyber wardens’. Alongside targeted technical skills, the training focuses on driving cultural change and building cyber-safe mindsets in Australian small businesses.
