Changes to the Fair Jobs Code: Suppliers and businesses
The Department of Jobs, Skills Industry and Regions are delivering information sessions to outline changes to the Fair Jobs Code for suppliers and businesses.

The Victorian Government is strengthening the Fair Jobs Code by lowering the threshold for pre-assessment certificates for suppliers and subcontractors to $1 million, from $3 million and $10 million respectively.
The $1 million threshold will take effect from 1 September 2024 and means more businesses will be required to hold a pre-assessment certificate to participate in tenders and procurements.
This 45-minute information session will provide an outline of the changes to the strengthened Fair Jobs Code and allow time for questions from participants.
