Did you know that the City of Gosnells has policies and procedures about how they procure goods and services? If not, come along to the workshop and learn how the City engages with businesses.

Content covered includes:

  • overview of the City’s legislative requirements regarding procurement processes
  • overview of the City’s purchasing policy and its obligations to staff and contractors
  • guidance on quotation requirements at different level of expenditure
  • details on how to find and submit a tender with the City.

If your business is successful in gaining work through the City, how your company will be onboarded into the City’s systems, including:

  • finance systems for electronic payment of contractors
  • obligations to maintain insurance
  • completion of workplace health and safety online inductions and what documents you need.

All businesses will have the opportunity to ask questions and seek assistance in registering with the City’s online portals.
