Overview

This program provides horticulture businesses with the opportunity to work closely with an expert farm consultant to help grow and improve the overall viability of  their business.

The program includes a detailed business performance analysis to better understand how the business is performing. Experts will help participants to identify opportunities to modify their horticulture enterprise to improve profit margins, business resilience and sustainability.

This process will be repeated over a 3-year period, and there will be opportunities to participate in other development and networking events.
