Support for Individuals and Groups provides artists and art groups with funding for projects that will improve their careers and arts practice.

Overview
Support for Individuals and Groups invests in individual artists, partnerships, and groups working in any art form. It offers artists at all career stages, the chance to undertake projects that enable them to:
- further their careers
- enrich their artistic practice
- contribute to Tasmania's robust, and vibrant arts sector
Funded art projects may involve:
- creative development
- exhibiting
- recording or producing works
- writing and researching creative projects and concepts
- market and audience development
- professional development
- taking advantage of promotional opportunities
There are no limits or caps in place for this program. Funding may also be available for travel and living allowances.
What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, you must:
- be a Tasmanian artist or have at least one member in the group who is a Tasmanian artist
- have been resident in Tasmania for 6 of the past 12 months
