Funding for WA regional airport owners

Overview

Funding is available to airport owners that renew or upgrade eligible airport infrastructure.

Examples of eligible projects include:

• aircraft movement area development
• airside development
• grounds development
• terminal development
• airport strategic planning
• other aviation infrastructure projects that improve air services and safety to benefit regional communities.

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, applicants must:

• be operating an airport located in regional or remote Western Australia
• be the airport owner or leaseholder (or authorised delegate)
• have an Australian business number (ABN)
• provide aviation services to the general public
• demonstrate the procurement policy that will be followed for the project
• submit income and expenditure statements
• maintain the relevant airport on an ongoing basis
• ensure the project will provide public benefit.
